Azi m-am uitat pe randamentul contului meu de investitii de la BVB.
Desi am avut un inceput de an foarte bun, la un moment dat cistigul era de vreo 25% in ianuarie (aprox 7000 RON - 70.000.000 Lei Vechi) bursa a inceput sa scada de la jumatatea lui februarie, exact ca si anul trecut.
Bineinteles ca nu am reactionat crezind ca nu se va mai repeta acelasi scenariu. Insa in numai o luna nu numai ca am pierdut tot ce cistigasem dar am si inceput sa pierd, si chiar consistent. Deoarece portofoliul meu era aproape 100% pe SIF5 am pierdut peste 25% pina cind am inceput sa vind. Una peste alta, acum de cind bursa a inceput sa-si revina mai am de recuperat doar vreo 1300 RON.
Targetul de profit pentru acest an este de 30% adica vreo 15000 RON. Deocamdata tinta asta este foarte indepartata dar in ultimul timp am inceput sa cisting bine pe futures si daca bursa va mai creste in jur de 20% acesta tinta poate fi atinsa.

P.S. astept sa intre la tranzactionare si Transelectrica unde am obtinut 285 de actiuni (din 1000 cite as fi vrut).

BVB - IN Crestere

Bursa Romana www.bvb.ro a crescut astazi, astfel incit am o creste substantiala a portofoliului de peste 10 mil ROL intr-o singura zi. Sper ca si maine trendul sa continue. Nu o sa am timp in weekend sa analizez situatia pietii, respectiv daca trebuie sa vind, asa ca o sa astept pina saptamina viitoare pentru a decide ce pozitie sa adopt.

Am gasit un masterat in care pot sa aprofundez chestiuni legate de sisteme ERP si in special SAP. Inscrierea se face intre 14.09 si 17.09. Pe 14.09 o sa ma intorc de la Targu Mures si sper ca pe 15.09 sa ma duc sa ma inscriu. Pe 21.09 este examen pentru locurile fara plata, insa nu se stie daca pe 21 voi fi in Bucuresti, pentru ca pe 20 avem o prezentare in provincie.

Ieri am fost si am rezolvat cu armata, sper ca definitiv. Si bonus, mi-am recuperat si diploma de la ASE. Ma bate gindul sa ma inscriu la un master. E 12.000.000 ROL pe semestru si sunt 4 semestre, deci 48.000.000 in 2 ani...
Ma tenteaza unul de Securitatea informatica de la Cibernetica sau cel de Sisteme integrate pentru afaceri tot de la Cibernetica.

BRCR si SRT au crescut

Vineri 2/9/05 si luni 5/9/05 BRCR a crescut cu aproximativ 15%. Joi 1/9 atinsese un pret de 5700 ROL iar luni a inchis in 6500. Volumele au fost de 53000 Vineri si de 58000 luni. Ce va fi astazi?!
SRT, o alta societate de confectii a crescut incepind cu 30/8/05 cind a atins minimul de 680 lei si a atins ieri 5/9/05 la inchidere pretul de 840. Asta inseamna nu mai putin de 23% in doar o saptamina...

Mi-am pus in gind sa-mi iau mashina

De mult vreau sa-mi cumpar o mashina noua. In acest moment am o Dacia 1310 din 1997 care merge destul de bine dar arata cam jalnic. Plus ca nu are AC ceea ce pe caldurile din Bucuresti ma indispune teribil. Banii de avans ii am insa ma ingrijoreaza rata lunara pe care trebuie sa o platesc pe vreo 4 - 5 ani. Astfel pentru o mashina in jur de 12 - 15 mii E pret CIP rata + asigurarea variaza intre 250 - 300 E asta inseamna intre 8 - 11 milioane ROL respectiv 800 - 1100 RON.
Astazi m-am uitat pe net si am gasit o oferta pentru SEAT LEON full option, motor de 1.6 L pe benzina, si care costa 11500 E CIP. Rata ar fi cam 180 E cu tot cu asigurare, pe 5 ani dar cu 20% valoare reziduala, adica vreo 2500 E.

Am primit un newsletter de la JimRohn si am gasit un CD, How to a Journal care era marketat prin fraza de mai jos.

Inca nu am cumparat CD-ul pentru ca desi costa 10$, costurile de expeditie sunt de vreo 20, in total deci vreo 30$, si cum am alocat 50$ pentru ARIS, luna asta nu am sa-l achizitionez. Insa fraza de mai sus m-a facut sa ma reapuc de scris, deocamdata dezordonat si nu foarte la obiect, insa important este sa tin intredevar un jurnal al gindurilor si ideilor pentru a revizuite din cind in cind.

De citeva zile am dat cu nasul de ARIS. Stiam de ARIS mai demult dar acum trebuie sa-l folosesc si chiar la prima vedere e cool. M-am gindit ca ar fi bine sa-mi cumpar o carte despre ARIS, desi sunt cam scumpe. Cam 50$. Sper sa merite acesta investitie.
Asa ca luna aceasta 50$ din buget?!?! inca nu am unul.... merg catre carti. Knowledge is money, and money is something I must have. Asa ca azi am sa-mi comanda cartea ARIS Business Process Modeling.

Textile: retailerii din UK interesati sa cumpere din RO

Stire pe Reuteurs: Retailerii din UK sunt interesati sa cumpere din Romania din cauza restrictiilor impuse de UE asupra importurilor de textile din China. Textilele ar trebui sa creasca (BRCR, SRT). Pe de alta parte BRCR e pe scadere de ceva timp. Tocmai m-am uitat ce a facut BRCR ieri, volum mare 633.800 de actiuni (aproximativ 1.5% din capitalul social de 44.815.000), pretul este in scadere ajungind la inchidere la 5450 ROL adica 0.5450 lei vechi. Profitul la 6 luni este de 771.891 (in scadere de aproape 6 ori). Cauzele scaderii profitului sunt cresterea pretului la utilitati precum si cresterea salariilor in medie cu 24%. Din aceste date rezulta un PER anualizat de 15. Actiunea este de urmarit si o sa cumpar daca pretul scade sub 5000 ROL (0.5).
Si SRT este aproape de minimul istoric dar a crescut ieri cu 5%. Nu stiu nimik de aceasta actiune si deocamdata nu o voi urmari.

Latest update on romanian stock market

The romanian stock market had stabilized in the last month. After a 40% gain durring January and February my portofolio had an almost 25% drop in March. Durring this bearish market I start buying more stocks and increased my initial investment value to almost 6000 EUR and the current value of my portofolio is 11.000 EUR which means 83% gain over a 2 year period. Not bad for a rookie.
For the next 3 to 6 months I plan to wait and see how the market is doing and invest al least 1000 EUR. I will follow this two stocks:
BRD - Second largest bank in Romania, it has an PER of 14
RRC - Oil refinery. It refines Ural oil which is 4,4 USD/baril cheaper and it has an PER of 6,6.
To do for the next 3 month:
- invest 500 EUR in RRC bellow 900 ROL / stock => 20.000 stocks
- invest 500 EUR in BRD bellow 45000 ROL / stoc => 400 stocks

Bearish Romanian Stock Market

Yesterday the Romanian stock exchange market seems to get stabilized. After major corrections during last week, the SIFs has been stop from transactioning because they are translated into a new software. So my loss had stop for the moment. The SIFs has lost 15% in the last 2 weeks. Nobody could explain why. I think that the upcoming new tax on capital revenue could be an explanation. Also the fact that the SIFs almost doubled since 1st of January 2005. Anyway I brought more SIFs. I expect that they will recover until 15th of April.

My First Business

In the last couple of weeks I have thought about building my own business. I
decided that my first business will be an online business. Now all I have is
an ideea and a draft business plan:
- build a site like www.wow-coupons.com
- marketing the site
- attract 1000 members by end of the year.
- sold the site when it reaches 1000 visitors/day.

For this business I need around 1000 USD:
- Site : 350 USD
- Advertising: 350 USD
- Hosting: 100 USD/year
- Site domain: 61 USD
- Further site development : 140 USD.

In a few days I will write a solid business plan to help me manage this
business. I will post it here when I will finish it. So stay tune...

Another good day for my portofolio

As I was saying in my previous post I invested some money in our local stocks and I'm only angry because I invested only a small amount. Today my portofolio rose another 5%. That's really a good feeling, but I don't know how much this BULLISH market will last.
For today I just finished some cool presentation about SAP Retail - Requirements planning because this week I will hold a presentation on this topic to a client .

My first post

As you probably know already from my profile, I'm a 27 years old from Romania.
I work as a SAP consultant and already got my certification in Procurement. I currently work on an IS-U project as a Billing Consultant; the project is for our local gas distributor. If you have problems with SAP I can help you. Just leave me a note...

That's all with my work for now, so let me share my interests and goals. My goal is to be a millionaire by the age of 40 and travel in as many places as I can.
What I already done:
1) I start learning about money! You should start too.
2) I start investing in stocks since 13 Aug 2002. I have an almost 400% return by now. Romanian stock market rose almost 120% in 2004. Although I have this outstanding ROI I'm angry with me because I wasn't invested all my money because of "tomorrow" word.
3) I start inspecting the REI market. It also rose almose 100% in 2 years (since end of 2002). But now I think the houses are too expensive and the rent is too cheap, so this combination doesn't bring any positive cash flow.

So, that's all for now. I promise I'll write a note every week.
